Do you mail physical certificates?
No - Plannerly does not mail physical (hard-copy) certificates or badges. All Plannerly certifications are issued in digital form, and you can print the PDF whenever you need a paper copy.

Certificate verification
Each Plannerly certificate includes a unique verification link.
This allows employers, clients, and project teams to confirm your certification without contacting Plannerly. The page shows only your name, the course, the date and the certificate ID - never your email address.
How to access your certificate
- Complete your training course
- Open My training and choose View certificate
- Download the PDF or share the verification link
