Disconnect a Social Login and Set a Password

Step 1: Contact Support

Contact our team to request that your social login (Google, Microsoft, Autodesk, etc.) be disconnected from your account.

Step 2: Receive a Temporary Password

  • Once your social login is disconnected, a team member will provide a temporary password via email or another secure communication method.

Step 3: Log In and Change Your Password

  • Use the temporary password to log in to your account.
  • Go to your profile settings.
  • Select the option to change your password.
  • Enter the temporary password and set a new password of your choice.

After completing these steps, your account will no longer be linked to the social login provider and you will use your email and password to sign in.
