This guide explains how to enable the Plannerly app in your Autodesk Forma (formerly ACC) or BIM 360 hub and connect it in the Verify module.

Connecting Autodesk Forma or BIM 360 lets your team review and verify models, files, and PDFs directly from your hub while keeping verification traceable inside Plannerly.
The Plannerly integration with Autodesk allows teams to review and check models, files, PDFs, and more directly from your Autodesk Forma or BIM 360 hub.
How to connect your account

Log in to Autodesk Forma, open Hub Admin and choose Apps. On BIM 360, this is the Apps tab in Account Admin.

Search for Plannerly and select the app to open it.
Search for Plannerly and open the app listing. -
Add the app to your hub, and choose Authorize when Autodesk asks. This activates the integration for that hub.
Note: Once enabled, team members in that hub can connect models in Verify, and bring files and PDFs into File Manager with CDE Connect (based on their permissions).
In Plannerly, open Verify and choose Autodesk Forma. Sign in to Autodesk if asked, then pick your project and the model files to connect.
Permissions: To connect models in Plannerly you need the Manage Models permission. Managers and Editors have it by default. Connecting Autodesk Forma is part of Pro, including its 14-day trial, and Company. If your account is on one of Plannerly's earlier paid plans, you keep the access you already have.

FAQs
Do I need an Autodesk admin to enable the Plannerly app?
Yes. The integration is enabled at the hub/account level inside Autodesk, which needs an Autodesk hub admin.
Why do I not see a hub when I choose Autodesk Forma?
This usually means the Plannerly app has not been enabled for that hub, or your Autodesk user does not have access to that hub.
Can I connect client or consultant hubs I am invited to?
Yes, but each hub is managed independently. The administrator of that hub must also enable the Plannerly app.
Who can link files and models inside Plannerly?
Anyone whose role has the Manage Models permission. Managers and Editors have it by default.
