FAQs
Do I need an ACC admin to enable the Plannerly app?
Yes. The integration is enabled at the hub/account level inside Autodesk, which typically requires an ACC/BIM 360 administrator.
Why do I not see a hub when I click Connect ACC?
This usually means the Plannerly app has not been enabled for that hub, or your Autodesk user does not have access to that hub.
Can I connect client or consultant hubs I am invited to?
Yes, but each hub is managed independently. The administrator of that hub must also enable the Plannerly app.
Who can link files and models inside Plannerly?
Only users with Manager permission in Plannerly can access hubs and link files.
