To maintain a smooth workflow on the Education plan, collaboration between students and professors is key when sharing and reviewing content within Plannerly. Occasionally, you may need to download a PDF of your work for archiving purposes or sharing outside of Plannerly.

Follow these steps to create a PDF and share it effectively:

  1. Create a PDF of your work.
  2. Click on the file options (three dots) on the right side and select Make URL Public. Click OK when prompted.
  3. Click on the three dots again and choose Copy URL.
  4. Paste the URL into a new browser window and download the PDF from there.
