To maintain a smooth workflow on the Education plan, collaboration between students and professors is key when sharing and reviewing content within Plannerly. Occasionally, you may need to download a PDF of your work for archiving purposes or sharing outside of Plannerly.
Follow these steps to create a PDF and share it effectively:
- Create a PDF of your work.
- Click on the file options (three dots) on the right side and select Make URL Public. Click OK when prompted.
- Click on the three dots again and choose Copy URL.
- Paste the URL into a new browser window and download the PDF from there.
