Plannerly is used by teams in over 100 countries around the world, so we’ve made it easy to work in your preferred language—both for your personal app experience and your project’s official documentation.

🧍 Personal App Language (Interface Language)

To change the language of the Plannerly interface—like buttons, menus, and settings—follow these simple steps:

✅ How to update your interface language:

Click your profile icon in the bottom left-hand corner.
Select “My Profile”.
Choose your preferred language from the dropdown menu.

All system interface elements (like buttons and menus) will now appear in your selected language.

🗂️ Project Language (Documents and Templates)

Each project in Plannerly can also have its own language setting to ensure consistency in all shared project standards and documentation.

🔧 How to change your project’s language:

Open your project dashboard.
Click the cog icon (⚙️) to open Project Settings.
Select the Project Language from the dropdown.

This language setting applies to:

Project standards
Templates
Element libraries
Exported documents (like BEPs, contracts, scopes, etc.)

Important: The project language does NOT change the interface language. Your interface will stay in the language set in your profile.

🎯 Why Two Languages?

Having two separate language settings means:

Each user can use the Plannerly app in their own language.
The whole project team can work with consistent, contractual documents in the business language of your choice.
