Personal App Language (Interface Language)

To change the language of the Plannerly interface - including buttons, menus, and settings - follow these steps:

How to Update Your Interface Language

  1. Click your profile icon in the bottom left-hand corner.

  2. Select My Profile.

  3. Choose your preferred language from the dropdown menu.

All system interface elements will now appear in your selected language.

Project Language (Documents and Templates)

Each project in Plannerly can have its own language setting to ensure consistency in shared standards and documentation.

How to Change Your Project Language

  1. Open your project dashboard.

  2. Click the cog icon to open Project Settings.

  3. Select the Project Language from the dropdown.

This language setting applies to:

  • Project standards

  • Templates

  • Element libraries

  • Exported documents such as BEPs, contracts, and scopes

Important: The project language does not change your interface language. Your interface will remain in the language set in your profile.

Why Two Language Settings?

Having separate language settings allows:

  • Each user to work in the Plannerly interface in their own preferred language.

  • The entire project team to collaborate using consistent contractual documents in the chosen business language.
