Version History within DOCS

Review Section edits from various team members, compare to a previous version or current version and/or restore

Getting to Know "Version History"

Select the "Version History" icon to open the version panel:

Only Editors or Managers can access Version History.

The current version and all previous versions appear in the left panel:

  • Select a version to review and/or compare between versions.

Select "No Comparison" to view the selected version without comparisons.

Select "Compare to Previous" to highlight new updates in green and deleted content in red.

Select "Compare to Current" to compare a previous version against the current version.
