Your Plannerly account and your Free Certified Training account are managed on two different platforms, which means they don’t share login details automatically.

That’s why:

  • If you try to log into Plannerly Training using your Plannerly account email/password, it won’t work unless you created a separate Training account first.

  • And vice versa — your Training login won’t work at app.plannerly.com, because it's not connected to your main Plannerly project account.
