The reason
Your Plannerly account and your free certified training account are managed on two different platforms, which means they do not share login details automatically.
That is why:

If you try to log into Plannerly Training using your Plannerly app email and password, it will not work unless you have created a separate training account first.

And vice versa - your training login will not work at app.plannerly.com, because it is not connected to your main Plannerly project account.
How to get logged in
1. Want to access training content?
You will need a separate training account using this link:

If you have not signed up before, click Create an account. It is quick and free.
Use your preferred training email when signing up (often personal or company-specific).

2. Want to work in Plannerly?
Go to https://app.plannerly.com and log in using the email tied to your Plannerly plan or team account.
