1️⃣ Invite at the Account Level
Add someone as an Account Administrator to give them access to all workspaces and all projects.
Great for BIM managers, VDC leads, or admins who need full visibility.
Go to your Account Dashboard
Select Add Administrator within the Account tab
📌 Note: You must have Account Administrator permission to invite others.
2️⃣ Invite at the Workspace Level
Make someone a Workspace Administrator to give them access to all projects within that specific workspace.
Ideal for regional leads or discipline-specific managers.
Select the Manage button next to the Workspace Name
Choose Add Administrator in the Workspace Administrators tab
3️⃣ Invite to a Specific Project
From inside your Project Dashboard, you can invite users as a:
Manager – Full control of the project
Editor – Can contribute and modify
Viewer – Read & comment only
You can also organize teams by trade or discipline (e.g., Architecture, MEP) and assign each member the right role.
