1️⃣ Invite at the Account Level

Add someone as an Account Administrator to give them access to all workspaces and all projects.

  • Great for BIM managers, VDC leads, or admins who need full visibility.

  • Go to your Account Dashboard

  • Select Add Administrator within the Account tab

📌 Note: You must have Account Administrator permission to invite others.


2️⃣ Invite at the Workspace Level

Make someone a Workspace Administrator to give them access to all projects within that specific workspace.

  • Ideal for regional leads or discipline-specific managers.

  • Select the Manage button next to the Workspace Name

  • Choose Add Administrator in the Workspace Administrators tab



3️⃣ Invite to a Specific Project

From inside your Project Dashboard, you can invite users as a:

  • Manager – Full control of the project

  • Editor – Can contribute and modify

  • Viewer – Read & comment only

You can also organize teams by trade or discipline (e.g., Architecture, MEP) and assign each member the right role.
