1. Invite at the Account Level

Add someone as an Account Administrator to give them access to all workspaces and all projects.

  • Great for BIM managers, VDC leads, or administrators who need full visibility.

  • Go to your Account Dashboard.

  • Select Add Administrator within the Account tab.

Note: You must have Account Administrator permission to invite others.


2. Invite at the Workspace Level

Make someone a Workspace Administrator to give them access to all projects within that specific workspace.

  • Ideal for regional leads or discipline-specific managers.

  • Select the Manage button next to the Workspace Name.

  • Choose Add Administrator in the Workspace Administrators tab.


3. Invite to a Specific Project

From inside your Project Dashboard, you can invite users as a:

  • Manager - Full control of the project.

  • Editor - Can contribute and modify content.

  • Viewer - Read and comment only.

You can also organize teams by trade or discipline (for example, Architecture or MEP) and assign each member the appropriate role.
