If you're having trouble logging in, it's important to understand that there are two separate websites you might be trying to access — each with its own login system. Here's how to get started on both:
1. The Platform (Main Site)
This is where you can access the main Plannerly platform.
Go to: plannerly.com or directly to the app here: app.plannerly.com
Create an account: Click "Sign Up" in the top-right corner.
You can create a free account in one of two ways:
Enter your email address and a password.
Use a business/social login (e.g., Google, Microsoft, Autodesk, Procore, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
🔒 Important: If you haven't created an account here before, you'll need to sign up first (https://app.plannerly.com/sign-up), even if you already have a training account.
2. The Training Site
This is a separate system used for training purposes.
Visit the training site: plannerly.com/training/ or go straight to the signup page: plannerly.com/student-registration/
You can enroll in the courses using:
Your email and password
or Google authentication
💡 Note: Even if you've already signed up on plannerly.com, you'll still need to create a separate user profile on the training site.
✅ Can I Use the Same Email for Both?
Yes, BUT! Yes you can use the same email address for both the platform and the training site, however, accounts are NOT LINKED, so you must register separately on each.
