If you are having trouble logging in, it is important to understand that there are two separate websites you might be trying to access - each with its own login system. Here is how to get started on both.
1. The Platform (Main Site)
This is where you can access the main Plannerly platform.
- Go to: https://plannerly.com/ or directly to the app: https://app.plannerly.com/sign-in
- Create an account: Click Sign Up in the top-right corner.
- You can create a free accountin one of two ways:
- Enter your email address and password.
- Use a business or social login such as Google, Microsoft, Autodesk, Procore, or LinkedIn.
Important: If you have not created an account here before, you will need to sign up first at https://app.plannerly.com/sign-up, even if you already have a training account.
2. The Training Site
This is a separate system used for training purposes.
- Visit: https://plannerly.com/training/ or go directly to the signup page: https://plannerly.com/student-registration/
- You can enroll using:
- Your email and password
- Google authentication
Note: Even if you have already signed up on plannerly.com, you will still need to create a separate user profile on the training site.
Can I Use the Same Email for Both?
Yes, you can use the same email address for both the platform and the training site. However, accounts are not linked, so you must register separately on each system.
