✨ Steps to Update Your Email (and More!)

  1. Sign in to your Plannerly account
    Go to plannerly.com and log in with your current credentials.

  2. Go to your profile

    • Look at the bottom-left corner of your Plannerly dashboard

    • Click on your name or profile icon

    • Select “My Profile” from the menu

  3. Edit your profile details
    In the Profile Settings page, you can update the following information:

    • Name

    • Email Address

    • Phone Number

    • Company Name

    • Job Title

    • Profile Image

    • Interface Language (choose from available languages)

  4. Save your changes
    Once you've made your updates, simply click Save (if prompted), and your new details will be applied immediately.


🔐 Important: If You Signed Up Using Google, Autodesk, Facebook, LinkedIn or Procore Login

If you originally signed up using a social login (e.g. Google, Autodesk, or Procore), your email is currently linked to that login provider.

To update your email in these cases:

  1. Just reach out to our support team and let us know you’d like to update your email.

  2. We’ll disconnect your account from the social login and provide you with a temporary password.

  3. You’ll then be able to log in using your new email/password combo and make profile updates as needed.

🛠️ This only applies to accounts that originally used a social login.
