Welcome

When teams adopt a new platform, it is normal to question the business case. That is why Plannerly includes a ready-to-use Business Plan Template directly within your onboarding experience.

During our 3-Step Onboarding, we do not just hand you the template. We complete it together so it reflects your workflows, your team structure, and your success metrics. By the end of onboarding, you will have a polished, presentation-ready plan that clearly communicates the value of Plannerly to stakeholders.

Why it is helpful

  • No blank page anxiety - start from a proven structure
  • Faster alignment - clearly demonstrate how Plannerly supports your goals
  • Reusable format - apply the same structure to future initiatives

How it fits into your onboarding

1. Kickoff and discovery

We review your current challenges, objectives, and success metrics. This establishes the foundation for your business plan.

2. Setup and alignment

As we configure Plannerly for your team, we incorporate real examples and data into your plan, making it relevant from day one.

3. Review and delivery

We finalize rollout steps and define measurable success criteria so you leave with a professional, stakeholder-ready document.
