If you’ve been invited to Plannerly and aren’t quite sure why — don’t worry, you’re not alone! You’ve likely been added to a live project to review and collaborate on key project documents, scopes, or tasks.

Even if you're just a Viewer or Editor, your role is still important. Here's what you can do:

👀 Review Live Project Information

You can view and comment on important documents like:

• BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), EIR's, AIR's, etc...

• Scopes of work

• Task assignments and deliverables

Unlike static PDFs, these are live, collaborative versions — always up to date and version-tracked.

💬 Leave Feedback or Ask Questions

Use commenting tools to:

• Suggest edits

• Ask for clarification

• Approve or flag content directly in the platform

This makes collaboration smoother and more transparent — no more endless email threads or outdated files.

✅ Keep It Simple

Even if you’re not building content yourself, your insights help your team ensure that the right standards, deliverables, and expectations are being set and met.
