If you have been invited to Plannerly and are not quite sure why, do not worry. You have likely been added to a live project to review and collaborate on key project documents, scopes, or tasks.
Even if you are just a Viewer or Editor, your role is still important. Here is what you can do.
Review Live Project Information
You can view and comment on important documents such as:
- BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), EIRs, AIRs, and similar documents
- Scopes of work
- Task assignments and deliverables
Unlike static PDFs, these are live, collaborative versions that are always up to date and fully version-tracked.
Leave Feedback or Ask Questions
Use the commenting tools to:
- Suggest edits
- Ask for clarification
- Approve or flag content directly in the platform
This keeps collaboration smooth and transparent, without relying on long email threads or outdated attachments.
Keep It Simple
Even if you are not building content yourself, your insights help ensure that the right standards, deliverables, and expectations are clearly defined and met.
