Issue:
You're on a Team or Enterprise plan and trying to access your Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) files/models in the Verify module, but your ACC hub (or client/consultant hubs you're invited to) is missing or not loading correctly.

Why This Happens

Plannerly's ACC integration requires account-level activation from the ACC App Store. If the integration has not been enabled by the ACC Account Administrator, you won’t be able to see any of the connected files or models from your hub.

🔄 Solution

🛠️ Step 1: Enable the ACC App

  • Ask your ACC Account Admin to log into the ACC App Store

  • Search for Plannerly

  • Click “Enable”

This only needs to be done once per ACC hub/account. Once enabled, all eligible users in that hub will have access to the linked files and models through Plannerly.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Step 2: Accessing Client/Consultant Hubs

If you're trying to access an ACC hub that you’ve been invited to (e.g. a client’s or consultant’s hub), you must also ask the admin of that hub to enable Plannerly via the same method above. Each hub is managed independently.

📌 Additional Notes

  • ACC integration is only available on Team and Enterprise plans.

  • If you're on a Free or Starter plan, you'll need to upgrade to connect your ACC models.

  • Once connected, you can open and verify models directly within Plannerly's Verify module, linking elements to scopes, tasks, and more.

  • Users must have access to the ACC hub from within Autodesk in order to see the hub inside Plannerly — this is good news, as it means Plannerly is respecting your existing permissions setup from ACC.

✅ All set! I've added the note that users must already have access to the ACC hub to see it in Plannerly, and emphasized that this respects existing permissions. Let me know if you'd like to turn this into an in-app notice or help center article next.
