If your ACC hub is not visible in Plannerly, model verification cannot proceed. This is usually not a permissions bug - it simply means the integration has not been enabled at the ACC account level.
Issue
You are on a Team or Enterprise plan and trying to access Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) files or models in the Verify module, but your ACC hub - or a client/consultant hub you are invited to - is missing or not loading correctly.
Why this happens
Plannerly's ACC integration requires account-level activation from the ACC App Store.
If the integration has not been enabled by the ACC Account Administrator, Plannerly cannot access the hub's files or models.
Important: Each ACC hub is managed independently. Enabling Plannerly in one hub does not enable it in others.
Solution
Step 1 - Enable the Plannerly app in ACC
- Ask your ACC Account Administrator to log into the ACC App Store.
- Search for Plannerly.
- Click "Enable".
This only needs to be done once per ACC hub/account. Once enabled, eligible users in that hub will be able to access linked files and models in Plannerly.
Step 2 - Accessing client or consultant hubs
If you are trying to access an ACC hub that you have been invited to (for example, a client or consultant hub), the administrator of that hub must also enable Plannerly using the same process.
Each hub must enable the integration separately.
Additional notes
- ACC integration is available on Team and Enterprise plans.
- If you are on a Free or Starter plan, you must upgrade to connect ACC models.
- Users must already have access to the ACC hub inside Autodesk to see it in Plannerly.
- Plannerly respects your existing ACC permissions structure.
- Once connected, you can open and verify models directly within the Verify module, linking elements to scopes and tasks.
