Short answer: No.
The username you create during sign-up is not the same as the name that will appear on your certificate.
💬 Common Sign-Up Questions (and Clear Answers!):
1. What is the username for?
Your username is used to log into your account. It can be anything unique—like “joaosilva92” or “BIMQueen”—but it won’t be visible on your certificate.
2. What name will show on my certificate?
The certificate displays the name you enter in your profile settings under “Display name publicly as”. Make sure it’s spelled exactly how you want it shown (accents and all!).
3. Can I change the name on my certificate later?
Yes! If you’ve already completed the course but notice a typo or want to update your name, just:
Go to your Profile Settings
Update your "First Name" and "Last Name"
Then choose your "Display name publicly as" name
Go to: https://plannerly.com/dashboard/enrolled-courses/completed-courses/ to find the right certificate
Recreate the PDF certificate and re-download your certificate from the dashboard
If you are not seeing your certificate yet - try to go back to the course and check that all steps are checked to show that they are completed.
4. I’m having trouble signing up—what should I do?
No worries! Here are a few quick tips:
Double-check your email and password (make sure CAPS LOCK isn’t on!)
Try using a different browser or device
