🔍 How Can I Add My Photo to My Profile in the Plannerly App?

Adding a photo to your Plannerly profile is a great way to personalize your account and help your team recognize you more easily across projects.

Add or Update Your Profile Picture

Steps to Add Your Profile Picture

  1. Log in to your Plannerly account.
  2. Look at the bottom-left corner of the screen and click your name.
  3. Select My Profile from the menu.
  4. On the Profile page, click Change Profile Picture.
  5. Select a headshot image from your device and upload it.
  6. Click Save to confirm your new profile photo.

Your profile photo will now appear in the app and be visible to your team members and project collaborators.

Update Other Profile Details

Inside your profile, you can also update:

  • Name
  • Phone Number
  • Company
  • Title

These details are automatically synced across all projects you are a member of. You only need to update them once for your teammates to see the latest information.

Change Your App Language

You can set your preferred interface language from a list of nearly 30 supported languages.

If your language is not listed, you can request it directly from the language dropdown menu.

Manage Email Notifications

At the bottom of the profile settings page, you will find a checkbox to manage project email notifications:

  • Check the box to receive project updates by email.
  • Uncheck the box to opt out of project email notifications.
