Plannerly allows you to customize both the language of the application and the language of the content you work with. You can:

  • Change the user interface (UI) language.
  • Change the project and built-in library language.
  • Use templates in different languages to generate content in your preferred language.

Change the user interface language

You can change the language used throughout the Plannerly interface at any time.

  1. Click your Profile.
  2. Open My Profile.
  3. Under Application Language, select your preferred language.

The interface will update to the selected language.

Tip: You can also access the same language settings from the Settings panel (the horizontal bars icon), which is available throughout the platform.

Access language settings from anywhere

The Settings panel is available no matter where you are in Plannerly, including:

  • Dashboard
  • Teams
  • Projects
  • Libraries

Open the Settings panel and navigate to Project Settings to manage your language preferences without leaving your current page.

Change the project and library language

The Project Language determines the language used for Plannerly’s built-in library content.

To change it:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Project Settings.
  3. Select your preferred Project Language.

For example, if you change the project language to Spanish, the built-in library content will be displayed in Spanish.

Generate content in another language

Changing the interface language does not automatically translate existing content.

Instead:

  • Existing content remains in the language it was originally created.
  • Newly generated content follows the language of the template you use.

Plannerly provides templates in multiple languages, including Spanish.

To create content in another language:

  1. Open the Plannerly Templates library.
  2. Select a template in your preferred language.
  3. Create your document using that template.

The generated content will be created in the template’s language.

Note: Existing project content is not translated automatically. Only newly created content uses the selected template language.

Summary

Plannerly lets you customize your language experience in several ways:

  • Change the user interface language to work in your preferred language.
  • Change the project language to display the built-in library in another language.
  • Use language-specific templates to generate new content in the language you need.
