Your certificates are in My training: https://plannerly.com/my-training/#certificates
Sign in with your Plannerly account, choose View certificate on the course, then choose Download PDF on the certificate's page.
If you're unable to download your certificate, do not worry. It usually means there is just one small step left to complete. Follow these steps to get back on track:
1. Check Your Lesson Completion Status
- Open the course and look at its Course contents, the list of every lesson and quiz.
- Make sure each lesson has a tick and Done next to it. My training shows how far you've got on each course as a percentage.
- If you see a lesson without a tick, it has not been marked as complete yet.
2. Mark the Missing Lesson as Complete
- Open the lesson that is missing the tick.
- Under the lesson's summary, choose Mark complete and go to the next lesson (on the last lesson it reads Mark complete and finish the course). Watching the video on its own does not mark it complete.
- Repeat this for every lesson, including the first step of the course. In most courses that's Introduce yourself, which is complete once you choose Post my introduction and get started.
3. Pass Every Quiz
- Some courses include short quizzes. Open any quiz that isn't marked Done and answer it until you pass - choose Try again as often as you need.
4. Confirm 100% Completion
- Once every lesson and quiz has a tick, your course will show 100% complete.
- When you reach 100%, your certificate is issued straight away: you'll see Course complete with a link to your certificate.
Quick Tip
The first step of a course, Introduce yourself, is often overlooked, so double-check that it is also marked as complete. And make sure you're signed in with the email you learned with - if you used a different one, choose Bring that progress here on the course page to move that training into this account.
