🔄 Can I Create Flowcharts or Diagrams in Plannerly?

Plannerly doesn’t currently include a native flowchart or diagram tool. However, you still have two easy options to add diagrams into your project

Option 1: Insert an Image

If you already have a flowchart or diagram created in another program (like Lucidchart, Miro, or PowerPoint), you can:

  1. Export it as an image (PNG or JPG).

  2. Upload or paste it directly into a Plannerly section.

This is the fastest way to display diagrams inside your project.

Option 2: Embed as an iFrame (Live View)

For an interactive, live chart from another platform, you can embed it into a Plannerly section:

  1. Open the section where you want the diagram.

  2. Select More Misc (⋮) at the right of the style tools.

  3. Click Code View.

  4. Paste the embed code (iFrame) from your charting platform.

  5. Select Code View again to close.

Your chart will now display live inside Plannerly.

Important: The embedded chart will require appropriate access. If the source platform requires a login, viewers will need to log in to see the content.

Summary

  • iFrame: Live, interactive way to view an external chart.

Although Plannerly doesn’t have built-in diagramming tools, these two options give you flexibility to keep your project information all in one place.
