Every certificate you earn on a free Plannerly course is in My training. Open the certificate and choose Download PDF. From the same page you can share it, add it to your LinkedIn profile or fix the name on it.
1. Open My training
Go to plannerly.com/my-training and sign in. It's the same Plannerly account you use for the app, so sign in with the same email, or the same Google, Microsoft, Autodesk, Procore or LinkedIn button.
My training lists every Plannerly course and how far you've got on each, with a certificate for every course you've finished.
2. Open the certificate
Each course you've finished has a View certificate button. It opens the certificate's own page, which says Certificate verified and shows your name, the course, the date it was issued and its certificate ID.
3. Download your certificate
- Download PDF saves the certificate as a PDF you can print or attach to an email.
- Share shares the link to the certificate's page, or copies it. Anyone with the link can check the certificate is genuine - the page never shows your email address.
- Add to LinkedIn profile opens LinkedIn with the certificate's name, date, ID and link filled in, ready to add to your profile.
Every finished course also comes with a badge for your email signature or website. Download it from My training.
Fix the name on your certificate
Spotted a typo? On the certificate's page, choose Correct it, or change the name on My profile. The new name appears on your certificates and their PDFs straight away, so download the PDF again afterwards. See how to change the name on your certificate.
Need help?
If you've finished a course but can't see its certificate:
- Check which email you're signed in with. If you learned with a different email, choose Bring that progress here on a course page. Sign in to the other account and its courses, progress and certificates move into this one. Certificate links and QR codes keep working.
- Check the course is finished. A certificate is issued once every lesson is marked complete and every quiz is passed. See what to do if you can't download your certificate.
- Still stuck? Chat with us from the bubble at the bottom of the page or email hello@plannerly.com, and we'll sort it out.
