This means:

  • 👓 The views you see in Plannerly are exactly the same as the ones you saved in Revit (within the published settings).

  • 🙈 If objects are hidden in a Revit view, they will also appear hidden in Plannerly’s 3D Viewer.

  • 🗂️ To control what your team sees in Plannerly, you’ll need to adjust your published views directly in Revit before uploading.

🔧 How to Adjust Views in Revit

If you’d like to update which views appear in Plannerly:

  1. Open your model in Revit.

  2. Go to the Collaborate tab.

  3. Browse the list and select the 3D Views, Sheets, or General Views you want to display in Plannerly.

  4. Click Save and Close.

  5. Re-save or publish your Revit file.

  6. Re-upload the new version to Plannerly (this will be automatic if you are using BIM 360).

✅ Summary

  • Plannerly’s Verify module displays only the published Revit views.

  • If you don’t see a view or certain objects, double-check your published Revit views.

  • Adjust them in Revit, save, and re-upload for the changes to appear in Plannerly.
